Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes to retain its juices.
Serve with lemon wedges for an added burst of freshness.
