Salisbury Steak with Gravy Recipe

laineyrecipes
I first made Salisbury steak on a cold evening when I wanted something hearty but didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I had some ground beef and the basics for a simple homemade gravy, so I decided to make it into Salisbury steak. The result was a warm, comforting meal that reminded me of the classic diner dish I used to enjoy.
Now, this recipe is one of my go-to meals when I need a satisfying, easy dinner. The tender patties are smothered in rich, savory gravy, making it perfect to serve with mashed potatoes or rice. It’s a dish that’s simple to make but feels like a real treat.

  • Return the patties to the skillet and spoon some of the gravy over the top.
