A few months ago, I was looking for something simple yet flavorful to make for dinner. I wanted a dish that reminded me of Mediterranean flavors—something with herbs, lemon, and olive oil. That’s when this Greek chicken breast recipe came together.
The chicken turns out tender and juicy, with a perfect balance of tangy lemon and earthy herbs. It’s a dish I love because it’s so easy to prepare, yet it feels like something special every time I make it. It’s perfect for busy weeknights or a laid-back family dinner.
