Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks (about 5–6 minutes).
Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the beef.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
Serve hot and enjoy!
