Easy Ground Beef Fajitas Recipe

laineyrecipes
I remember the first time I made fajitas at home. I had some ground beef in the fridge and wanted to make a quick dinner that was a bit different from the usual weeknight meals. I decided to try making fajitas with ground beef instead of the usual strips of chicken or beef. It was a big hit with the family! The beef cooked up so quickly, and the seasonings created a flavorful, satisfying meal.
Now, whenever I want a quick and easy dinner that feels a little special, I make these ground beef fajitas. They’re packed with flavor, take less than 30 minutes to prepare, and are always a crowd-pleaser. Whether you serve them with tortillas, rice, or just on their own, they’re delicious every time.

  • Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet with the beef.
  • Stir to combine and cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the beef and veggie mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.
