Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat or it may become tough.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and press it into an even shape.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with your favorite sides.
